How To Make Rosemary Grapefruit Margarita
Make the Rosemary Simple Syrup: Traditional margaritas do not include simple syrup or agave syrup but instead relies on the sweetness from orange liquor. However in this recipe in order to get the strongest rosemary flavor simple syrup is used to infuse the herb.

Making simple syrup is quite simple. In a saucepan on medium heat, combine sugar and water. Cook until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and add in rosemary leaves. Allow to steep for 30 mins to an hour.  Strain and discard rosemary leaves. Allow to cool before using.
